They are urging businesses to take unpaid care work seriously as a business issue through commit, act, and advocate.
This report examines how companies can build future of work strategies that work for women. The analysis highlights several forces that are changing the nature of work, such as the transformation of sectors and roles due to automation and artificial intelligence (AI), the demand for digital skills, and the emergence of new work models.
