- Issues of equity and justice are fundamental concerns of government, thus to public administrators, who struggle to evaluate a country's social climate and ensure equity in governance. However, government actors are often too uncomfortable to directly engage the topic. This volume explores and expands the understanding of this "nervousness" in the administration of government services around the world.
