Onderzoek naar de bijdrage die het recht kan leveren aan de maatschappelijke integratie van nieuwe bevolkingsgroepen zoals Antillianen, Surinamers, Turken, Marokkanen, Molukkers, woonwagenbewoners, zigeuners en vluchtelingen. This is the 5th report from the Netherlands about the implementation of the UN Women’s Convention. The report covers the period 2005 – 2008 and outlines the main policies. The report looks at the conclusions and recommendations of the CEDAW Committee in respect of the previous report. -

In deze special een reactie van E-quality op de meerjarennota emancipatiebeleid 'Van vrouwenstrijd naar vanzelfsprekendheid'. De concepten balans tussen privé en publiek en diversiteit worden nader uitgewerkt, er worden aanbevelingen gedaan over de rol van de overheid wat betreft emancipatieondersteuningsstructuur en er wordt concreter ingegaan op de domeinen arbeid, zorg en inkomen, macht en besluitvorming, mensenrechten.
