Minderhedenbeleid en moraal
Erkenning van het recht om uiting te geven aan culturele identiteit is sinds het einde van de jaren zeventig een van de uitgangspunten van het minderhedenbeleid van de Nederlandse overheid. In dezestudie wordt de morele rechtvaardiging van dit uitgangspunt onderzocht. Centraal staat daarin de vraag of het mogelijk is om een adequate rechtvaardiging van de erkenning van culturele identiteit in termen van een liberale moraal te geven. Aandacht voor het multiculturalisme-debat in de politieke filosofie en de theorieën van John Rawls, Charles Larmore, Will Kymlicka, Bert Musschenga en Joseph Raz.- Creator
