DescriptionThis text is part of ARROW’s mission towards monitoring the progress of government commitments towards the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Depelopment in relation to women’s health and wellbeing (SDG3). In particular around universal access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), like maternal mortality ratio, births, HIV, contraception. It draws on secondary data to provide a comparison and measure progress pertaining to women’s health across 19 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. In the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic the scope of the analysis also includes the likely effects of COVID-19 on health SDG indicators, like SRHR, care work and mental health.
