Description | This report presents the findings of a gender assessment specifically focussing on female faculty and leadership in universities in Ethiopia. This assessment was carried out within the context of the NICHE-ETH-015 project on university leadership and organizational structures and processes in 13 new public universities (NPUs) in Ethiopia. This assessment is based on a coordinated collection of quantitative and qualitative data in 13 NPUs. The findings have subsequently been validated with gender directors of eight other public universities. |
