- One-off magazine with a tribute to the original inhabitants of the Amsterdam canal house Castrum Peregrini, a World War II safe house: painter Gisèle d'Ailly-van Waterschoot van der Gracht (1912-2013) and the young intellectuals and artists who she helped survive the war by offering them refuge in her house. The magazine features highlights of the cultural activities programme 'Memory Machine: we are what we remember' by Castrum Peregrini in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in the period 2014-2017. The programme was about the importance of cultural memory, the value system of our upbringing and the difficulties of appreciating other systems.
