- This resource guide responds to the gaps that exist in addressing the safety of women journalists online, that directly affects the quality of democracies and the right of society to access a plurality of information. The guide aims to assist states and provide guidance to all relevant stakeholders, including non-state actors, across the OSCE region in addressing online harassment and abuse against women journalists. After an introduction of the problem and a mapping of international human rights standards that support the safety of women journalists online, 40 actions are proposed to be implemented with one common gender-responsive approach. This publication is part of the project “Safety of Female Journalists Online”, or #SOFJO.

- Annual report on the state of women in corporate America. It aims at informing companies and employees about how to advance women and improve gender diversity within their organizations. In 2018, 279 companies shared their pipeline data and completed a survey of their human resource practices. Data were also collected through surveys on employees' workplace experiences and interviews with women of different ethnicities and LGBTQ women. Some results: women remain underrepresented in management positions, They get less day-to-day support and are more likely to deal with harassment and .everyday discrimination. Women of color and lesbian women face even more biases and barriers to advancement. The authors recommend six actions that companies can take to make progress on gender diversity.

- Onderzoek, in opdracht van het Ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid en Servicepunt Arbeidsmarkt mkb, naar de randvoorwaarden die werkgevers stellen ten aanzien van het aannemen van herintredende vrouwen en oudere werkzoekenden en ten aanzien van het behoud van oudere werknemers. Daarbij gaat het ook om de rol die werkgevers hierbij voor de overheid en CAO-partijen zien en om beleidssuggesties van werkgeverszijde. De nadruk ligt op het midden- en kleinbedrijf (mkb). Het onderzoek is gebaseerd op gegevens uit literatuur: telefonische interviews met werkgevers uit het mkb, herintredende vrouwen en oudere werknemers: en de resultaten van workshops waaraan vertegenwoordigers van het ministerie, de sociale partners en de onderzoekswereld hebben deelgenomen.
